Decathlon

In order to explain its “return policy”, Decathlon wanted a video in motion design to be broadcast on its website: decathlon.fr, as well as on its social networks. It is indeed an excellent way to present in a simple and playful way the commercial policy of a brand to its customers. So, no need to refer to the general terms of sale to know the refund terms, a few minutes of video in motion design are enough to enlighten customers. In addition, this reassures the buyer who no longer hesitates to make his purchase, since he knows that he will be able to return his product easily if he is not satisfied with it.

For this project, the team wanted a female voice over, and especially a commercial voice over. In fact, through this series of videos in motion design, Decathlon explains its “return policy”, but it’s also an opportunity for the brand to promote the creation of a Decathlon account, and to explain its advantages. For example, with your Decathlon account, you will have 365 days to change your mind, following the purchase of a product that would not suit you.

The idea was therefore through this series of videos in motion design, to highlight the Decathlon account, but also to reassure customers who would hesitate to buy a product without being absolutely sure that it meets their expectations.

A home-studio voice-over session.

During the recording of this session, I was directed live via Skype, by the artistic director of the agency to whom this project was entrusted. The idea was to explain with a rather slow voice rate, but with dynamism all the same, the functioning of the exchanges and refunds of products at Decathlon. Without forgetting to highlight the advantages of creating a Decathlon account. To do this my client wanted a commercial voice over, feminine, smiling, clear, dynamic and explanatory.

Do you also need a commercial voice over for your project?

I would love to discuss it with you! You can listen to my voice on other demos, via the Demos page, and contact me from the Contact page. Who knows, I might be the female voice-over of your project?! See you soon!
