On the occasion of its new TV ad campaign, the famous Bic brand organized a French female voiceover audition, which I was lucky enough to win!

The aim of this advertising campaign was to promote the new Bic Gel-ocity illusion pens! Thanks to this pen, you can write, erase and rewrite with a single object.

This new Bic product is perfect for me! First of all, the Bic Gel-ocity illusion pen lets you be reactive. If you make a mistake, don’t panic! All you have to do is erase your writing, thanks to its eraser-cap, and rewrite over it! How easy is that? What’s more, you can choose from 8 bright, invigorating colors! “Red, green, blue, black, orange, violet, pink or turquoise… And last but not least, the tip makes for a precise line. Precision is one of the qualities I value most in my job.

The aim of the French female voiceover audition was to find a voice with which the product’s target audience could easily identify. A young, dynamic voice, which could have been that of a middle-schooler, high-schooler or even a student. My high-medium voice timbre and freshness matched their expectations perfectly.

Where did the voice-over recording take place?

I recorded this TV spot in a studio in Paris, with my clients, the Bic marketing team and the studio team that hosted us. I was able to adjust the flow and tone of my voice to meet their expectations and match the spot’s graphics. I have excellent memories of this session, and I’m very proud to have been able to work for this brand that I really appreciate.
