Decathlon
To explain its “returns policy”, Decathlon wanted to add a French commercial voice over to its motion design video, to be broadcast on its website, as well as on its social networks. This is an excellent way of presenting a brand’s sales policy to its customers in a simple and entertaining way. No need to refer to the terms and conditions of sale to find out about refunds, just a few minutes of motion design video are enough to enlighten customers. What’s more, this reassures the buyer, who no longer hesitates to make a purchase, knowing that he or she can easily return the product if not satisfied.
A French commercial voice over to promote the Decathlon account and its benefits.
For this project, the team wanted a French female voice-over, and more specifically a French commercial voice over. Indeed, through this series of motion design videos, Decathlon explains its “return policy”, but it’s also an opportunity for the brand to promote the creation of a Decathlon account, and to detail its advantages. As example, thanks to your Decathlon account, you’ll have 365 days to change your mind, following the purchase of a product that doesn’t suit you.
The idea behind this series of motion design videos was not only to highlight the Decathlon account, but also to reassure customers who might be hesitant about purchasing a product without being absolutely certain that it meets their expectations.
A home-studio voice-over session.
During the recording of this session, I was directed live via Skype by the artistic director of the agency entrusted with the project. The idea was to explain, in a slow but dynamic voice, how Decathlon’s product exchanges and refunds work. Without forgetting to highlight the advantages of creating a Decathlon account. To do this, my client wanted a commercial voice-over that was feminine, smiling, clear, dynamic and explanatory.
Do you also need a French commercial voice over for your project?
I’d be delighted to discuss it with you! You can listen to my voice on other demos, via the Demos page, and contact me via the Contact page. Who knows, maybe I’ll be the female voiceover for your project! See you soon!
